Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and products. By placing an order with South Texas Flower Company, you agree to these Terms.


Products & Services

All floral arrangements are custom-designed and may vary slightly due to seasonal availability, flower condition, and artistic interpretation. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials with equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.


Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion


Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided design work has not started
  • Changes to orders must be requested as soon as possible and are not guaranteed
  • Custom and event orders may not be canceled once production begins


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • We are not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient
  • We are not responsible for damage due to environmental conditions after delivery (heat, cold, handling, etc.)


Weddings & Events

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
  • Final payment must be completed prior to the event
  • Any changes must be requested in advance and may affect pricing
  • We reserve the right to make substitutions based on availability


Care & Responsibility

Fresh flowers require proper care. We are not responsible for the longevity of arrangements once delivered if proper care instructions are not followed.


Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content created by South Texas Flower Company remain our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Texas Flower Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, supply shortages, or transportation issues.


Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your personal information.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
